I work in the field of Galaxy Formation and Evolution, with a particular focus on Post-Starburst galaxies that stopped star-formation recently ( ~1 Gyr ; typical age of galaxies ~10-12 Gyr). My research primarily combines archival datasets spanning radio to X-ray wavelengths to investigate the role of central supermassive black holes — i.e., AGN activity — in the quenching and regulation of star formation within these unique galaxies. In selected cases, when required for the scientific objectives, I also carry out dedicated radio and optical observations of individual sources. Through this website I hope to share my research indings with fellow enthusiasts; inspire others to pursue their interests in Astronomy. Feel free to browse through my projects and research works and do not hesitate to reach out to me with any queries.
